Effectively communicate program status through regular and meaningful reporting on progress to key milestone dates, risks and issues.Collaborate with team and coordinate the sprint/quarterly demo content.Manage project schedule to include the PRT/ Launch process and go-to-market launch requirements.Partner with Product Owners in success of the Lean Product Development process, supporting tools, prioritization of backlog.Identify issues, escalate impediments, and create mitigation plans.Maintain project/user story backlog and manage work to milestones and Launch targets.Lead iteration planning, daily scrum stand ups, demos, and retrospective meetings.Full Life Cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems including but not limited to: ERP, CRM, COTS, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Healthcare and Clinical Applications.Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices.Work in a team environment and interface well with associate’s at all organizational levels.Experience in leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.High level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.Investing in security and controls for cyber, access/entitlements uplift, data protection and application resiliency.Driving innovation across the firm's corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation and Agile application development, with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles.Advancing the firm’s Roadmap programs - Single Sourcing of data, Architecture Convergence, and Rationalization of Platforms.Responding to the evolving regulatory environment and helping to meet the firm’s regulatory commitments by addressing internal and external commitments.Provide management-level reporting on project status, risks and mitigation strategies.Coordinate all production releases including weekly maintenance releases.
